When assisting venture capital firms, business angels, or other investors, we help them with formalizing investment opportunities, follow-on, exit, taking care of the secretary of their portfolio companies, others. When assisting entrepreneurs, we help them from the beginning through kick-off, investment and financing rounds, contracting, corporate aspects, from early stage to international expansion. I believe innovation and entrepreneurship is a form of service to society that can either help to achieve big goals or the opposite, that is why I like to help by writing about the legal implications of emerging technologies, vc strategies, and new regulations.
