MA strategy for pharmaceutical companies (>10 years of experience): Developed reimbursement and value dossiers to obtain recognition from stakeholders (Spain and Europe). Negotiated pharmaceuticals P&R. Conducted and coordinated P&R qualitative research through the major European markets. Participated in working teams on reimbursement, MA and health policies and has been responsible of anticipating cost control actions (2005/2017). - Patient/Diseases Management and TICs
Electronic medical record (EMR) development (HL7 standards) in 1997. Promoted of an On-line Patient Immunizations Database (2001-2002), Consulted in several e-health projects (including weareables, online monitoring of chronic patients, etc.). Programs designed and implemented: OPTIMED Chronic Patient Management Program at the primary care setting including pharmacy; Depression Management Program (PGID), a risk-sharing project to prevent and efficiently manage depression and anxiety, On-line Patient Immunization Database (PID) (2001-2004).
- Prevention, Communication and Health Promotion
Designed and led the Physical Activity and Health Promotion Program and conducted a number of health education campaigns. Promoted patient care quality programs.
- Workplace Programs
Designed and implemented health promotion programs in the work place. Conducted several research and reports on work place health and Sick Funds in Spain (MATEPSS).
